10 Ways to Integrate More Art into your Life.

Art has brought so much joy into my life, so in this post, I want to share ways that you can introduce more art and feel this same joy. There is no need to make any major changes, start small just sketch for 3 minutes a couple of times a week or try singing in the shower and once you're ready give some of these a try to integrate more art into your life.

Easy ways to add more art into your life

1) Take a class.

Try searching your local area for classes, it could be dance classes, acting classes, or art classes anything to add more art consistently into your life.

2) Read a book.

There are plenty of books out there you can read to learn about art techniques. Why not buy a few and give some a try?

3) Take photos.

This is probably one of the easiest on this list, use your phone to take photos of the things around you.

4) Sketch daily.

You could buy a sketchbook and use it to sketch daily, even if it's just for 5 minutes, and watch your talent grow.

5) Visit a gallery.

If you don't feel ready to create your own work, you can still head to a local gallery to soak up the art and get inspiration for yourself.

6) Go to the theatre.

Not feeling the gallery why not try the theatre, same exposure to the arts but you get to sit the whole time.

7) Join an Improv group.

Do you want to make a more active change why not join an improv group, this will truly push you out of your comfort zone but in such a rewarding way.

8) Audition for a play or musical.

Improv not your thing? trust me I get it if it's not. Give a play or musical a try. It lasts for several months and in the end, you get to show off to all your friends and family.

9) Go to a workshop.

Like the idea of making an active change but dont have a ton of time? Try a workshop. A one time commitment but still pushes you out of your comfort zone.
